Single-phase transformers
Single-phase transformers - Compact power for industry, control and control cabinet construction
Robust transformer technology for industrial applications
Single-phase transformers are indispensable components in modern electrical engineering. Whether in machine control systems, lighting systems, test systems or control cabinet technology – they ensure reliable voltage adjustment, isolation or supply of control circuits. Rist Transformatorenbau GmbH offers you high-quality, durable and individually configurable single-phase transformers, developed and manufactured in Germany.
- Single-phase transformers with UL approval
- Adaptation and flexibility to specific customer requirements and wide portoflio
- High quality, long usability and robust power supply made in Germany
Our range of single-phase transformers
We supply customized solutions for a wide range of applications – from standard to special designs:
Single-phase dry transformers (10 VA – 50 kVA)
Isolating transformers according to EN 61558-2-4 / -2-6
Control transformers to EN 61558-2-2 for the control cabinet
Autotransformers according to EN 61558-2-13
Toroidal transformers
High-voltage transformers
Open or encapsulated versions
UL-compliant production optionally available
Perfect for switch cabinet construction
Our control transformers are specially designed for installation in control cabinets – with a space-saving design, optimized mounting options and standardized connection terminals. They reliably supply control circuits with 24 V, 110 V or 230 V and meet all common requirements in mechanical and plant engineering.
With our many years of experience in the field of OEM and custom-made products, we offer you transformers that can be seamlessly integrated into your control cabinet solutions – both mechanically and electrically.

What customers should know about single-phase transformers
A single-phase transformer converts alternating voltage between the primary and secondary side – for optimum supply to devices, control systems or assemblies. It plays a central role in control cabinet construction in particular: it supplies the control technology with safe and stable low voltage, galvanically isolates circuits and ensures standard-compliant safety.
In contrast to three-phase transformers, the single-phase transformer is more compact, more cost-efficient and ideal for individual devices or smaller power ranges. Control transformers in particular are a key element here: they are used wherever machine controls, relays or PLC systems need to be reliably supplied – e.g. with 24 V AC or 110 V AC.
The ability to precisely adapt our transformers mechanically and electrically provides you with a solution that can be easily integrated into your control cabinets – regardless of whether top-hat rail mounting, screw mounting or special housings are required.
Our customers not only appreciate our quality, but also our flexibility and technical support from design to commissioning.
